Ford Motor Co. was found in 1903. In the same year, the first-generation Ford Model A was massively produced. In its two-year production cycle, a total of 1,700 units were off the production line from Detroit. The Ford Model A is the first mass-produced car that embodies Henry Ford’s principle of simplicity, economy, and mass production. The front and rear suspension of the vehicle use an oval leaf spring design. Coupled with the application of wooden rims and pneumatic rubber tires, Ford Model A was greatly improved the comfort of driving. The body is equipped with a large number of sophisticated brass parts, which makes Ford Model A become an iconic car during the “Brass Era”.
